Create & Design a Modern Interior in Blender : Are you looking to learn how to design realistic interior renders in Blender? Are you struggling on getting your materials to look real? In this course we will be creating a modern interior in Blender from start to finish. I will be showing you step by step on how to model the room, texture it, add in professionally made models and more.

In the first section we discuss the basics of interior design. We talk about color schemes and why certain colors go well together. In the next section we start creating the room by modeling it and getting the dimensions just right. We will also learn about the Archimesh addon and how to easily add in a window. After that, we move onto materials and models. In this course I am giving away 14 different professionally made models in which we use to fill up our scene.

Finally, to make the lighting stand out we will be adding in an HDR. After rendering we discuss how to composite your image in both .

There is also 3 tutorials after you have completed the course. The first one being a tutorial on how to model the couch that we use in our scene. You’ll learn about modeling, adding modifiers and creating displacement.

The second tutorial is on the rug that you see in the interior scene. We will be diving deep into the particle system to create the carpet and make it look realistic.

Finally, the third bonus section is about learning how to create realistic plants. Using the sapling addon in Blender we will make a small tree, give it leaves, add material and then render it.

Project Description

There are 4 projects in this course. The first and main one being the interior scene you see below. You will learn from start to finish how to create and design an interior scene in Blender 3D.

In one of the videos we learn how to create a book in Blender. In this lesson we use Photoshop to create the cover. If you don’t have Photoshop but still want to follow along you can download the texture in the attachments! There is also another program similar to Photoshop called Gimp. It is a free to use program that lets you edit photos. Click HERE to check it out!
