Tile and Brick PBR Materials : Feature procedural generation to provide a degree of randomness to the look in other instances. Most have adjustable settings, such as color of tiles. Game-ready at 2048 resolution, scalable to any standard resolution up to 4096 via the Substance INST settings (I will provide support if needed). Good for any use, including ArchViz or asset texturing. Includes Substance Archive files as well as ready-to-use Unreal materials.
