5 AWESOME AND EASY TRANSITIONS

 

5 AWESOME AND EASY TRANSITIONS IN PREMIERE PRO : In this tutorial we’ll be talking about the first 5 transitions I learned when I started out in Premiere Pro. They are super simple to learn but very effective in your projects. You can use them for your vlog, wedding video or corporate video and they’ll look super slick.

Project Description

Try to make the 5 transitions step by step. In the text below you’ll find some more info on every transition and how to make them:

Transition 1 (Swipe) :

You can accomplish this effect while filming. Make sure to make a movement from left -> middle when you begin your video and a movement from the middle -> richt when you finish. You can do the same with up and down movements.

Transition 2 (Luma-fade) :

Drag the ‘Gradient Wipe’ effect on your footage and play with the numbers in the effects panel. Every footage needs a different approach for the luma fade. Make sure to set in some keyframes for your transition.

Transition 3 (Smooth zoom) :

Drag the ‘Transform’ effect on your footage and put the shutter angle on 360 for that smooth motion blur effect when there’s movement. Make sure to follow the keyframes like I did in the video for the zoom effect.

Transition 4 (Color Glitch) :

Drag the ‘VR Chromatic Aberrations’ effect on your footage and and play with the aberration of the 3 colors. Make sure to set in some keyframes on the colors and the Falloff Invert. Don’t forget to do this on an adjustment layer so you can save the effect.

Transition 5 (Normal Glitch :

Drag the ‘VR Digital Glitch’ effect on your footage and play with the different glitch options. Make sure to set in some keyframes on the effects for your transition. Don’t forget to do this on an adjustment layer so you can save the effect.
