Create your very first game in Unity3D.

In a generation of games development where resources for learning are at your fingertips and the necessary requirements to start developing is a computer and an internet connection, practically everyone can join in an attempt to make games within the comfort of their own homes.

This course is focused on taking you from downloading the Unity Engine to creating your very first game where you can play it as an executable and show it with your friends.
I’ve been a games developer for 4 years and teaching 2 of them, with this course I can guarantee you’ll come out with more of an understanding to then move onto slightly harder topics in future.

This course will cover some of the following :

• Installing Unity
• Navigating the Unity layout
• Creating and Moving GameObjects
• Understanding Components and Rigidbodies
• Writing your very first Hello World Code
• Creating the Player
• Creating enemy logic
• Building the game

These are just some of the topics we discuss, this will take you from literally no understanding of unity to understanding the basic idea of Unity Development. This is just one tutorial of a series of many that I’ll be making to help you understand Unity.

What I want from you by the end

I’d love to see what you lot come up with, never be too afraid to stray away and learn more, learn less, experiment with new areas of Unity. The blessing of games design is you have full freedom to learn and practice what you like, create some fun creative games with the simple knowledge, or go a bit beyond and come back displaying what creative ideas you’ve come up with.
